Dehydrated skin is one of most commonly found conditions in today’s society simply caused by not providing enough moisture to the skin.
Skin is constantly being dried out day-after-day, whether it is by sun or cold or washing and drying. It is essential we replace lost moisture when we get the chance. Dry skin can be due to a lack of oil, whilst dehydrated skin is a lack of water that unfortunately cannot be wholly treated by drinking more fluids.
